How long will my order take?

Most pieces are made to order and ship within 2-4 weeks. Custom commissions may take longer depending on the design and process.

Do you offer rush orders?

I don’t offer standard rush options, but feel free to reach out if you’re working with a meaningful date, I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes, customs are my favorite part of this work. Whether you’re melting down heirloom metal or creating something symbolic from scratch, you can begin the journey here.

Can you melt down my family jewelry?

Yes! However, I’ll ask you to share photos and backstory to make sure it’s safe and suitable to work with. Reach out and let's chat about your family heirlooms!

What materials do you use?

I work primarily with solid sterling silver, gold, and select ethically sourced gemstones. You can find full material details on each product page.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Do you offer repairs?

Accidents happen and am happy to offer jewelry repair. Contact me to get a repair started. Please bear in mind that not all damaged jewelry is repairable and the condition in which the jewelry is in will dictate its eligibility for repair. If deemed a quality control issue, replacements free of charge may be made available. 

In the very rare case that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.  

If you lose a singular earring please get in contact about purchasing a replacement earring. Please bear in mind that some styles may not be eligible for replacement.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns & exchanges:  

Due to their unique nature, MJ does not accept returns or exchanges of pre-sale, made-to-order, one-of-a-kind, and custom-made items. However, MJ always encourages getting in contact to discuss options.

MJ happily accepts returns and exchanges of ready-to-ship items in their original condition and packaging with customers responsible for the cost of postage.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and ship items back within 7 days after approval.

Refunds (shipping costs not included) are issued only when items have been received by MJ and are subject to the condition of items returned. If items are not returned in their original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I change my order?

If you want to change your order, please contact us asap. We will see what is possible. Once made-to-order items are started, the option to change may be limited or unavailable.

Where do you ship?

At this time, I only ship within the U.S. All packages include tracking and arrive in branded keepsake packaging.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, each order is packaged with recyclable, minimal materials and shipped in a reusable jewelry pouch or box.

Are there any shipping costs?

MJ is excited to offer free shipping on all orders with the exception of items that require the purchase of extra shipping insurance.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Please keep in mind that ,while rare, sometimes packages are not scanned and MJ has no control over packages once they have shipped. If concerned, please get in touch.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Processing time can vary depending on the order type. Read-to-ship items have a 3-7 day processing time.

Pre-sale/made-to-order/custom-made items have a processing time of up to 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.

If your order includes a mixture of the two, please defer to the pre-sale/made-to-order/custom-made processing time of up to 4 weeks.

If you need your order by a specific date please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

Unfortunately due to the lack of control we have over USPS we can never guarantee a specific delivery date.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly from the images—that’s part of what makes it uniquely yours.

Can I send you a note with the meaning behind my piece?

Absolutely and please! I welcome notes, stories, and memories. Many of my designs are shaped by the emotion you bring to them.
